Gizlilik Politikası

Fammily, ailelerin hedeflerini, rutinlerini, etkinliklerini ve anılarını birlikte tutması için GokLab tarafından geliştirilen bir uygulamadır. Bu metin hangi verileri neden topladığımızı, nasıl koruduğumuzu ve haklarını anlatır.

Topladığımız veriler

• Hesap bilgileri: e-posta adresin, adın ve Google ile girdiysen Google hesabındaki adın.
• Profil bilgileri: ailedeki rolün, doğum günün, kısa tanıtım yazın ve profil fotoğrafın (eklersen).
• Aile bilgileri: aile adı ve fotoğrafı, aileye eklediğin hesapsız bireylerin (ör. çocukların) adı, doğum günü ve fotoğrafı.
• Paylaştıkların: hedefler, rutinler, etkinlikler, anılar, fotoğraflar, haftalık sohbet cevapları, yorumlar ve tepkiler.
• Cihaz bilgileri: bildirim göndermek için cihazının bildirim kimliği (push token), uygulama dili ve saat dilimi.
• Yaklaşık konum: yalnızca sen "Ne yapsak?" bölümünde yakındaki yerleri ya da etkinlikleri istediğinde, iznini alarak. Konumun öneri için anlık kullanılır, kaydedilmez; arka planda konum takibi yapmıyoruz.
• Hata kayıtları: uygulama hata verirse hatanın metni, hangi ekranda olduğu ve uygulama/telefon sürümü kendi sunucumuza kaydedilir; yazdıkların ve paylaştıkların kaydedilmez. Kayıtlar 60 gün sonra silinir.
• Reklam göstermiyoruz ve seni uygulamalar arası izlemiyoruz.

Verileri neden kullanıyoruz

• Uygulamanın çalışması için: aile içeriğini sadece ailenin üyelerine göstermek, hatırlatma ve bildirim göndermek.
• Güvenlik için: hesabını korumak ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek.
• Verilerini satmıyoruz, reklam amacıyla kullanmıyoruz ve üçüncü kişilerle pazarlama için paylaşmıyoruz.

Kimler görebilir

• Ailene eklediğin her şeyi varsayılan olarak yalnızca o ailenin üyeleri görür. Fotoğraflar gizli depoda tutulur ve sadece görme yetkisi olanlara kısa süreli bağlantılarla gösterilir.
• Aile dostları: Ailen, ebeveynlerin onayıyla başka ailelerle bağlanabilir. Bağlı aileler birbirinin "aile dostlarına açık" olarak paylaştığı etkinlik, anı ve fotoğrafları, ortak etkinlik albümlerini ve hikayeleri görür. Bir paylaşımı aile dostlarına açmak her seferinde senin seçimindir.
• Hikayeler: Ailenin paylaştığı hikaye 24 saat boyunca aile dostlarının tamamına görünür, sonra kaldırılır. Hikayeyi hangi ailelerin gördüğü ve bıraktığı tepkiler ailene gösterilir.
• Aile dostlarının, sizi bir paylaşımda etiketlemesi ancak ebeveynlerinizin onayıyla görünür olur. Çocukların hesapsız profilleri aile dostlarına yalnızca ad ve fotoğrafla görünür; doğum günü ve diğer bilgiler gizli kalır.
• İstemediğin bir aileyi engelleyebilir, istemediğin içeriği gizleyebilir ya da şikâyet edebilirsin.

Hizmet sağlayıcılar

• Supabase: veritabanı, dosya depolama ve oturum açma altyapısı.
• Google: "Google ile devam et" seçeneği. Google ile girişte yalnızca adını, e-posta adresini ve profil fotoğrafını alırız; bunları sadece hesabını oluşturmak ve seni tanıtmak için kullanırız, başka amaçla kullanmaz, reklam için işlemez ve kimseyle paylaşmayız.
• Expo, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging ve Apple Push Notification Service: bildirimlerin cihazına ulaştırılması.
• Geoapify: yakındaki yer önerileri ve adres arama (yaklaşık konumun gönderilir, saklanmaz).
• Ticketmaster: şehrindeki konser, tiyatro ve spor etkinlikleri (yaklaşık konumun gönderilir, saklanmaz).
• Open-Meteo ve Nager.Date: hava durumu ve resmi tatil bilgisi (yaklaşık konum / ülke gönderilir, kişisel veri gönderilmez).
• Bu sağlayıcılar verileri yalnızca hizmeti sunmak için işler.

Çocukların verileri

• Hesap açmak için en az 15 yaşında olmalısın. 15 yaşından küçük çocuklar hesap açamaz; ebeveynler onları hesapsız profil olarak ekleyebilir.
• Hesapsız profillerdeki bilgileri (ad, doğum günü, fotoğraf) ebeveyn girer, istediği zaman düzenler ya da siler.

Saklama ve silme

• Verilerin hesabın açık olduğu sürece saklanır.
• Hesabını uygulamadan silebilirsin: Profil → Gizlilik → Hesabımı sil. Silme anında yapılır.
• Ailende başka hesap yoksa aile ve içindeki her şey (fotoğraflar dahil) silinir. Başka hesap varsa senin kişisel verilerin (profil, sohbet cevapları, yorumlar, tepkiler, bildirimler) silinir; aile için eklediğin hedef, etkinlik, rutin ve anılar isimsiz olarak ailede kalır.
• Silinen veriler yedeklerden en geç 30 gün içinde kalkar.
• Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan silme talebini info@goklab.com adresine, hesabındaki e-posta adresinden yazabilirsin.

Hakların

• Verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme ve taşıma hakkın var. Verilerinin bir kopyasını uygulamadan indirebilirsin: Profil → Gizlilik → Verilerimi indir.
• KVKK ve GDPR kapsamındaki talepler için info@goklab.com adresine yazabilirsin.

Güvenlik

• Bağlantılar şifrelidir (HTTPS). Veritabanında her kayıt satır düzeyinde güvenlik kurallarıyla korunur; bir aile başka bir ailenin verisini göremez.

Privacy Policy

Fammily is an app by GokLab that helps a family keep its goals, routines, events and memories together. This policy explains what we collect and why, how we protect it, and your rights.

What we collect

• Account details: your e-mail address, your name, and your Google account name if you sign in with Google.
• Profile details: your role in the family, birthday, short bio and profile photo (if you add them).
• Family details: the family name and photo, and the name, birthday and photo of members you add without an account (for example your children).
• What you share: goals, routines, events, memories, photos, weekly check-in answers, comments and reactions.
• Device details: your device's push token so we can send notifications, the app language and your time zone.
• Approximate location: only when you ask for nearby places or events in "What shall we do?", with your permission. It is used for that suggestion and not stored; we never track your location in the background.
• Error reports: if the app runs into an error, the error text, the screen and the app/phone version are saved on our own server; nothing you write or share is included. Reports are deleted after 60 days.
• We do not show ads and do not track you across other apps.

Why we use it

• To run the app: showing family content only to that family's members, and sending reminders and notifications.
• For security: protecting your account and preventing abuse.
• We do not sell your data, use it for advertising or share it with others for marketing.

Who can see it

• By default, everything you add to your family is visible only to that family's members. Photos are kept in private storage and shown through short-lived links only to those allowed to see them.
• Family friends: with a parent's approval, your family can connect with other families. Connected families see each other's events, memories and photos shared "with family friends", shared event albums and stories. Opening a post to family friends is your choice every time.
• Stories: a story your family shares is visible to all of your family friends for 24 hours, then removed. Your family can see which families viewed it and the reactions they left.
• A family friend tagging you in a post only becomes visible once your parents approve it. Children's profiles without an account are shown to family friends with name and photo only; birthday and other details stay private.
• You can block a family, hide content you do not want to see, or report it.

Service providers

• Supabase: database, file storage and sign-in.
• Google: the "Continue with Google" option. When you sign in with Google we receive only your name, e-mail address and profile photo; we use them only to create your account and show who you are, never for any other purpose or advertising, and we do not share them with anyone.
• Expo, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification Service: delivering notifications to your device.
• Geoapify: nearby place suggestions and address search (your approximate location is sent, not stored).
• Ticketmaster: concerts, theatre and sports in your city (your approximate location is sent, not stored).
• Open-Meteo and Nager.Date: weather and public holidays (approximate location / country only, no personal data).
• These providers process data only to provide their service.

Children

• You must be at least 15 to create an account. Children under 15 cannot create accounts; parents can add them as profiles without an account.
• A parent enters, edits and deletes the details of those profiles (name, birthday, photo).

Retention and deletion

• Your data is kept while your account is open.
• You can delete your account in the app: Profile → Privacy → Delete my account. Deletion happens immediately.
• If no one else in your family has an account, the family and everything in it (photos included) is deleted. Otherwise your personal data (profile, check-ins, comments, reactions, notifications) is deleted, and the goals, events, routines and memories you added for the family stay with the family without your name.
• Deleted data leaves our backups within 30 days.
• If you cannot open the app, e-mail info@goklab.com from your account's address to request deletion.

Your rights

• You can access, correct, delete and take a copy of your data. Download a copy in the app: Profile → Privacy → Download my data.
• For requests under GDPR or other privacy laws, write to info@goklab.com.

Security

• Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Every record in the database is protected by row-level security rules; one family cannot see another family's data.

• If we change this policy we will announce it in the app and at https://fammily.goklab.com.
